A lot of Ancient-India knowledge passed down from generations is either based on proof lost in time or based on observations - e.g. since childhood, we've been taught not to eat anything during an eclipse and now we have scientific studies backing the same.
There were numerous occasions where I've made observations which are either obvious, suitable to only me or not known to other people. I intend to keep a tab on all those by listing them here.
Gym
- Daily 10 push-ups do not help increase the number of push-ups you can do. Standard 3 sets to failure reps must be followed for the results.
- Are you looking for a calorie deficit diet? Start intermittent fasting - Skip breakfast and workout in the evening post lunch. Make sure to meet your nutritional requirements well and have enough carbs in lunch to perform better during the workout.
